Tension that fits in your bag.
Colour-coded loop bands, fabric hip bands and tube sets. Pull-ups, glutes, mobility and warm-ups — no rack, no gym required.
Pick your tension
Warm-up and mobility
Shoulder prep, banded stretching, rehab work and activation before a session.
Everyday training
Rows, presses, glute work and assisted pull-ups. The range most people start with.
Overload
Heavy pull-up assist, squat and deadlift band tension, sled and sprint work.
Layered latex, not moulded rubber
Loop bands built from continuous layers of natural latex rather than one moulded sheet, so a surface nick does not travel across the band. Fabric hip bands use a woven outer that grips skin instead of rolling up the thigh.

What lifters say
The heavy band took enough weight off my first pull-up that I could actually train the movement.
The hip band does not roll up my legs, which is the only reason I still use it.
I travel every second week. The set lives in my carry-on and training does not stop.
